Patrons & Supporters
Just want to have some fun with us? Whether you're a Local or a Weekend Warrior we have many things to do, and being a annual supporter means you're family and you can come camp by the river at other times than Mudfest.
Volunteers
We have many worthwhile projects on the go and many people who can always use the help, enquire today if you are interested... You never know what the rewards might be!
Residential Members
The residential members or unitholders are equal beneficiaries of the Trust that administrates the Community in a democratic Committee of Management.
These 30 individuals and families are primarily comprised of people who want to live on the farm and develop the Community.

The Gulpa Creek Community Farm is comprised of our Unit Trust which holds the land, and its Trustee 'Rural Villages' which administrates the property. Members often sell their Units, some of which include houses or land licenses. If you are interested in becoming a residential member and going on our waiting list then please email us at:
Benefits
The Gulpa Creek Community Unit Trust consists of 30 Units. Each unit entitles the holder to a 1/30th share of the residential land for their house and garden. In addition, each unit includes a 1/30th share of the horticultural land, along with shared access to the River Forest and Marketplace.
